What documents do I need to apply?

You do not need financial statements or audited reports. We use a trust-based evaluation system. Simply provide your ID, proof of business premises, and have a conversation with our team about your operational needs.

What areas does Golden Rental serve?

We currently serve the entire Gauteng province, including Pretoria, Johannesburg, and surrounding areas. As we grow, we plan to expand to additional provinces across South Africa.

What rental terms are available?

We offer flexible 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month rental terms. This allows you to match equipment to your project, seasonal demand, or growth phase without long-term commitment.

How does delivery work?

All equipment is delivered directly to your premises — we do not offer customer collection or pickup from our location. A delivery fee applies and will be confirmed at quote stage based on your location within Gauteng. On-site setup, testing, and a full machine walkthrough are included on delivery at no extra charge.

What happens at the end of a rental term?

At the end of your term, you can choose to renew for another period, switch to different equipment, or end the rental and we collect the machinery. There is no penalty for non-renewal.

Who is responsible for maintenance and repairs?

Normal wear and tear is covered by Golden Rental. If a machine requires repair due to normal use, we handle it. Damage due to misuse or negligence is the renter's responsibility as outlined in the rental agreement.
